After you have purchased the Gift Certificate, you will see it, and you will be e-mailed a gift code which you can use to redeem for appointments when booking.

This is available in case you missed paying for an online class. Please add the date of the class you attended.

In the class you will discover new ways of moving to help awaken and free them. You will do gentle movements under guided instruction and with awareness. These will be done while sitting, standing and lying on the floor.

All you need to participate this class is a desire to learn new ways of moving. All movements can be modified for your individual needs.
